So, I came across pickled garlic at a farm store. I gave it a try and got HOOKED.
OMG- I could not stop eating it! Of course it was cheaper to just make it than to by pint after pint so thats what we did. We peeled a peck of garlic and pickled it. I ate garlic day and night for a while. Seriously I was eating about 39 cloves a day!!! YES- I did stink...bad. But, I didnt care...not one bit! I just could not get enough of it. Then, a few weeks passed and I couldnt bring myself to eat ANY.
Right around that time the munchkin broke out with second round of MRSA. I am pretty sure I had been hit with the virus and my body found a way to fight it off. Amazing. I ate that entire peck in under two weeks.
