Canning Carrots
Maya said she wanted cooked carrots so Vayda planted a bunch for her.
While we were making apple sauce Vayda and Maya went out and harvested the carrots. They brought in a whole bushel.
The fould a funny little carrot hugging a big carrot.

In the end we canned 7 Quarts of cooked carrots for Miss Maya.

I am very impressed...I have never grown a carrot that wasn't bitter. They look wonderful! I now stick to buying organic yellow carrots...LOL. You have a great blog...I can't wait to read more.
