I suppose I am starting these really late but at least they are started. Sweet potato slips like my grandma used to do. :)How to:
cut sweet pot in half
rest bottom in water and top out of water.
(I used tacks to hold them above the water)
White roots will grow in the water and green plants will grow out of the eyes.
Slip the plants off, rest in water so they can grow roots then plant the plants.
Sweet potatoes make amazing fries. So much better for you than a regular potato.
